1.)     How do I deposit my week?
A.)   To deposit your week you simply need to call the reservations department and book a reservation at your home resort for 60 days or more from the date you are going to deposit. If you are a Traditional Owner after the week is booked  you will contact your Exchange Company and let them know you will be depositing a week and you will need to give them the arrival date, room type, resort property, and reservation number. If you are a Club QM member the reservations agent can deposit the week for you into your Interval International account for you.
 
2.)    Why are non-owners allowed to book reservations?
A.)   We allow non-owners to book reservations to bring in more revenue to attempt to lower fees for our owners.
 
3.)    How much time do I have?
A.)   Time is counted based on the type of membership you have and will need to be counted manually by a reservations agent.
 
4.)    Can family or friends use my account?
A.)   Yes. However, the owner must be the one to make the reservation and add the guests name at the time of booking or before the check in date.
 
5.)    What is ‘bonus’ time? (formally known as Esprit time)
A.)   Bonus time are reservations that are not using your free week, but paying a nightly rate depending on the type of membership you have.

Ridge Sierra- 14 days in advance

6.)    How long does my time roll over?
A.)   Club members time roll over for up to 3 years.
Traditional members time do not roll over.
 
7.)    How far in advance can I book?
A.)   Thunderbird: 1 year from the beginning of the season
Ridge Sierra: Platinum owners after the 15
th day 11 months in advance. All other owners after the 15th day 10 months in advance
N. Lake Villas: Platinum owners after the 15
th day 11 months in advance. All other owners after the 15th day 10 months in advance
N. Lake Lodges: 2 years in advance
 
8.)    How can I get an owner usage calendar?
A.)   On QMresorts.com got to the desired Resort Property page and on the top right corner will be a link that has a printable Usage Calendar.
 
9.)    How can I book Christmas or New Years for Ridge Sierra?
A.)   Christmas and New Years must be submitted through written request post marked on the 15th day 11 months in advance for Platinum owners or the 15th day 10 months in advance for all other owners. No phone call or emails.
 
10.) When can I book for Hot August Nights?
A.)   You can book Hot August Nights a year in advance from the beginning of the Summer Season (please see The Thunderbird Owner Usage Calendar for the date). We only accept 1 reservation per account.
