Hospitality
QM recognizes that
part of providing excellence in hospitality is presenting a spotless resort.
We continuously exceed our guests' expectations by doing the little things
that count. In the timeshare industry, the housekeeping function encompasses
substantially more than cleaning a hotel room. Each unit is a fully furnished
and equipped condominium. This requires cleaning everything from the outdoor
patio furniture to kitchen pots and pans.
Since first impressions count when guest and prospective timeshare purchasers
arrive at a resort, it is imperative that resort grounds be meticulously
maintained. Immaculate grounds provide the visual form of hospitality that
is many times overlooked. The QM grounds department puts in a great deal
of effort in maintaining the resort grounds and continually rearrange the
landscape so that timeshare owners may have a different experience each
time they visit the resort.
A critical component of resort property management is proper maintenance
of the homeowners' association greatest asset, buildings, furniture and
fixtures. QM strives to have the best maintenance service personnel in
the industry. We accomplish this by hiring staff that are licensed specialist
and providing ongoing training programs.
Service Center
QM Resorts' service center offers
complete integrative vacation services to all QM timeshare owners. The
service center is the primary contact point for all owner inquiries including
home resort reservations, resort exchanges, billing inquiries, resort problems,
special service requests and coordinates special situations that may affect
an owner's planned stay such as periods of planned
major resort renovations and unplanned emergency major repairs.

Sales Force
QM Corporation's sales people are highly trained, professional licensed real
estate agents. QM sales staff must demonstrate professionalism, product knowledge
and efficiency.
During the course of a 90 minute period, which includes a full media presentation,
a sales person must effectively present the advantages of vacation ownership,
complete and execute sales contracts and installment note, collect a down
payment of at least 10% of the purchase price, and present a final overview
of how to take advantage of all services provided to QM owners.
Complementing the sales staff are QM's presentation pavilions, that are custom
designed and equipped with state of the art multimedia presentations that
give a quick and effective overview of the vacation ownership products.
